Return & Refund Policy

At Innovexa Chemicals LLP, we take great care to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of AQUOS® SILVER, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from our official website (www.innovexachemicals.com)

  • The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged products unless the damage occurred during shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or retail outlets

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Items requested for return beyond 7 days of delivery

  • Customized or bulk orders

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will also refund the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need to exchange a product, please email us with proof at support@innovexachemicals.com.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not already been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
